two-tone in color

Here is the color version of yesterday's b&w light and shadow shot. I had only taken one shot in color and this was it! There might be a lesson for me here: I often take lots and lots (and lots more even) of shots of the same scene. then deciding which one if any has any merit is difficult. But here there was only one to pick from. My life feels very relaxed (and back in the comfort zone too with color and mushrooms and closeup and woods all in the same picture.)

I like to rate mine as I look at them, did that in Photoshop Elements and just figured out how to do it in Lightroom. Helps to evaluate. Just a thought. I tend to take too many especially when something is moving.

Nice shot, I really like the leaf on it.
I take way too many shots of the same thing too, and then spend hours trying to edit and pick the best one. I need to change, that is much too time consuming.
