Well, no retakes on the cooked version since we ate it all (and it was still hot after its photo-session). I would have liked to have it sharper, but good enough.
Love it! My daughter called this afternoon asking me for my stuffed pepper recipe. She called later to say they were just like her mom used to make. A family fav for sure!
My dh wasn't particularly fond of stuffed peppers. Since he had very few dislikes I tried to acknowledge those he did have. Should see if my nephew likes them. I could just visit you. LOL
It looks wonderful! As you commented to me, you just never know what is going to take your fancy with the challenges. Sounds like you're enjoying this one.
