I know what you mean about the stone. Most of the time, the picture just doesn't equal what it looks like to the eye. I recently took some pictures of a rock that I had scrubbed most of the old, dry moss & dirt off of. In the picture, when I crop it way down you can see the sparkles that the eye notices right away when the sun hits it. As usual this is a super mushroom-in-nature shot.
