The bird seemed to be unconcerned of the arriving storm, he probably had an umbrella somewhere! :)

this, to me, feels like the peace before the storm.. there's menace in the gathering clouds but still some lovely light too, highlighting the branches and bird.. a wonderful, gentle, interpretation.
