Absolutely beautiful! I had to smile while reading your narrative because lately I've been 'bee obsessed' and every time I see flowers or a bush with bees on it, I slam on my brakes for photos. :-)
Awesome rose! We are a long way from rose weather so I like seeing shots like these to tide me over until mine show up!

@gardenfolk re: bumper sticker...that's absolutely brilliant! A typical conversation in our car is, "Can you just slow down...go slow!" "I can't, Louise! There are cars behind me!" We fare much better in Nova Scotia, and can't wait for Newfoundland where the cars are few and far between and you'll often come across people stopped in the street to chat with friends! (Now THAT's the way to live!)
It sounds perfect, Louise! When I was in New Hampshire, Maine and Mass. in September last year, there was always someone right on our tail when I was a passenger in the car, and I missed so many great opportunities to capture. Nova Scotia...less traffic is perfect!
