And aren't we all
just wilting flowers
in a crowded garden
waiting for someone
who will appreciate
the beauty of our petals
while they still exist.

There are wildflowers growing in my neighborhood, just down the street. I often stop to take a few photos. The flowers are fading with the end of October. Still pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
So like the way those petals curl down and their range of colours. I like the way the leaf comes across just above the flower head too - such a lovely composition.
