Mission Drive-In Theatre is one of the few drive-in theatres still open in San Antonio. The painted mural is Mission San Jose, seen in the background. Mission San Jose is one of the historic Catholic missions in San Antonio.

@woodlandsphotog Thanks so much, Richard! It was a fun day! I took photos at the mission first and then noticed the drive-in. I used to go to this drive-in when I was young. We would all pile into the back of the station wagon in our pajamas with our big brown bags full of homemade popcorn. Oh, such wonderful memories! :-)

Wish I'd seen it when we went to the Mission! Drive ins never made it to NZ as far as I know.
