Two great ladies . . . on the left is Pat, my mother-in-law, 96 years old. On the right is Mary, a close family friend, 98 years old. Both under 5 feet tall and spunky as can be. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to have their photo in my project album.
Oh my word. I am seriously impressed. These ladies look to be in their seventies, not their nineties! They look wonderful and you were so right to include them in your 365 journal.
How wonderful for you that you can spend some time with these two lovely ladies, Gayle! Think how much it means to them that you came to visit and have photos to share with them! It seems a blessing in this day and age that people can live so much longer, and so many of them in good health! May they enjoy many more years ahead! I've just sent a card to a lady with whom I went to a convention 38 years ago...and she's now 103! See, anything's possible!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I've spent here in Winnipeg with my mother-in-law. She is feeling so much better now and is already looking forward to the upcoming summer months that we'll spend together at the cottage. :-)
