This photo is for the October words challenge. This is a portion of the St. Jude Anglican Cemetery next to the original St. Jude Anglican Church here in the small cottage community of Grand Marais, Manitoba. The church was built in 1896 and the first burial was in 1900. Something I didn't notice until I downloaded the images...the two front headstones are for the Mackelson family who owned the truck in the photo I posted on September 25th.
Oh I remember the truck - how fascinating to find the headstones of the family. Someone is looking after these and planting a floral display which is nice to see. You have some lovely Autumn colours in the graveyard here.
