Wonderful to see your name pop up! I hope that you are keeping well. The best thing about 365 is that there is no pressure when it comes to posting or commenting. Take things as they come, go with the flow.

@gigiflower It's been a long few months. More surgery due to complications from side effects of my medication. Finally on my feet again, was thinking of coming back, my camera lies dusty unused... They are young men. 9 and 6!! Ridulous really. How are you? Are things job wise settling? Hope so. I remember our lunch time (well my lunch time) chats almost every day when littlest napped 12-2, it was like an other worldly haven! Oh and you know my cancer photos, they got published....
@newbank Ok, well I'm glad you are getting better? And the surgery to fix the complications has worked? My new job is very challenging, very interesting and somewhat rewarding! @gigiflower Yes, fixed issues. Had a hysterectomy so those side effects can never return! Had it 3 months ago, been a tiring recovery. Glad to hear your new job is good.
@newbank Oh that is good news! My travel schedule for work is brutal - I'm on a plane every week so it's going to be challenging to post every day as I don't travel with my camera either. So it will be my iPhone or none at all. I hope you pick up your camera as your strength comes back. Your boys must keep you very busy?
@newbank Well, I look after Australia and New Zealand so I travel every week within. Then my boss is in Hong Kong so I'm there frequently. My Company HQ is in the US so that gets a look-in too. And every quarter my boss does the leadership meetings in an Asian country - so far, it has been Singapore, Korea, Malaysia. We have China coming up. And we do our worldwide leadership meetings typically in Europe somewhere. The last one was Amsterdam. So get this - I just received an email from Qantas letting me know that I'm in the top 5% of their worldwide flyers..........yippee, congratulations for that! No wonder I'm so jet lagged all the damn time!
@gigiflower Monday both swim, Tuesday both at youth group, Wednesday one at cubs and Thursday one at beavers. (Do you have the Scouting movement in Australia?) Sammy on waiting list to do computer coding club on a Thursday too. Benji loves chess, anything maths based and football. A natural a first not so much the later. Sammy remains a book worm and computer geek. I'm trying to figure out putting my life back together again. Normality seems this distance concept. Doing various bits of voluntary work in the coming months and figuring out 'what next'... Hubby just changed jobs. Which means less travel so we're enjoying having home more in the week. Sounds very busy your travel schedule!! How's home life? X
@newbank Oh WOW!!!! They are super busy! Yep, we sure do have the Scouts here in Australia. Brownies for girls, Scouts for boys. I remember Sammy being super smart and interested in coding. I read that Benji is following in his brothers footsteps being smart around maths. I'm sure normality will come in time, and anyway what's normal? When you find it, can you please send it my way?!?! I've got nearly 3 weeks off work so no travel (I couldn't bear the thought of getting on a plane!) so whilst I haven't changed jobs like your hubby it certainly feels like I'm also having more home time! Home life is fabulous. I'm a very lucky lady to have such a generous and supporting husband. Our eldest is 30 and doing graphic design (whatever that means). Our middle one is 1st year medicine. And our youngest has just graduated as a Criminologist (He watched too many cops shows when he was younger!!). All are out of home so we have the life of empty nesters......and love every single minute of it!
Great shot! Happy New Year too! I've been really busy lately too and have been posting a lot from my phone...keeps me more caught up. Maybe not as good of photos but I want to stay with it. Since this is supposed to be a fun hobby, I try not to pressure myself too much. So glad you are hopefully coming back as you are able.
