Rain water trapped on a weighted-down tarp in our back yard slowly froze in stages overnight leaving these interesting ripple patterns surrounding the stone. It was such an amazingly happy accident!
Thanks Kai! I was very glad to see it, but it's hard to miss the spot... the tarp is covering half our back yard at the moment and this was right outside our sliding doors!
