Barn Study

I know I'm not alone in just loving EVERYthing about old barns. I was attracted to all the subtle lines in this shot, and of course, the gorgeous sky.

Nice shot. Looks like someone is starting to repaint this one. Barns are getting hard to find because the old wood is worth a lot.

@nicolecampbell Hi Nic - Yep, had a nice "farm shoot" at day's end (you'll see more :-D) I'm getting back on track, my spirits are up, and I'm able to see a lot of the bright side of things. it's a little embarassing to have gone WAH WAH! in front of the whole world, but.....The thing I'm most pleased about right now is that I am able to really feel Gratitude again; it feels more like me. @mwarren365 Thanks Mike - This HUGE old barn kind of cracks me up because it has at least 3 different shades of red paint on it! I know what you mean about the wood; builders would kill for it. All of our fabulous, iconic, old, Tobacco Sheds were scavenged over the years..such a shame........once they're gone, they're gone. Take care, Les

@maggie2 Hi Maggie - Things are much better now that I'm over the shock of what I learned I was in for. I'm more myself again, and can see the "upside" of the surgeries - which actually, are numerous.
