Yes, you're right. Maybe I should have gone to Specsavers.
There were some calls yesterday for a more "gruesome" shot, or a return to "normal" service, and as this my 100th shot it seemed only reasonable to do something a tiny little bit distasteful. Do enjoy...I know I did.
What I learnt today: It is deceptively difficult to use a camera when you can't see said camera. There was an awful lot of fumbling in the dark (and not the good kind, but at least this time I didn't feel compelled to apologise either) before I finally heard the click of the shutter.
Best viewed large against the black if you have the time
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
HHAHAHAHA congrats on your 100! I'm so much more comfortable with your efforts here - did you poke your eye out with a knitting needle? Need to know the details please!!!
Um yes! I agree with northy!!! What exactly do you do for Halloween?!?!? LOL Really love the scary stuff. Such a huge switch from what everyone else is taking. "Killer" shot! ;)
Suitably gruesome, good to see you've reverted to type. This is a most impressive shot Graeme, I can't imagine how on earth you managed it, but it makes a great ton.
@eyeamlisa Thank you very much, I really do like doing these ones @pittcj17 Yep - even I sudder when I look at this one @gigiflower Thanks - as for the knitting needle, why be so mundane? I scooped it out with a teaspoon and ate it. Om nom nom. @cindyloo Thanks very much - no idea on Hallowe'en yet, but we shall see...or not judging by this shot @ceilidh Thanks very much, always appreciated
Did I tell you that I do nightmares because of your pictures. Now you know. But the fact is I cant stop looking at it. I feel like hypnotize by your creativity and the quality of your work. The whole world has to know you! I love what you do...
@graemestevens Ok! I'll try red wine instead. But I dont mind to do nightmares since I"m enjoy your work when I'm awake and woke up with your pictures in my mind.

Did you ever see ' Carnival of Souls'? This reminds me of it. I saw it as a kid and I'm sure it still gives me nightmares. Like the shot, despite it bringing back scary memories.
This one reminds me of something out of "Silence of the Lambs". Well done!
