So...it's been a touch fresh lately, and this would be the reason why. Mount Taranaki (or Mount Egmont if you prefer) finally deigned to show it's face today, complete with a fresh a coat of snow. No wonder I've been wearing socks.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
Wow , look at that snow capped mountain, just love the blue tones and those great looking clouds. What is the white building, a church maybe ???.Fab image, fav :-)
@shaunasauna7 Thanks very much, and for the follow, much appreciated :) @annied Best to avoid asking I think! Thanks very much too. @spanner It's horrible isn't it? I generally try not to look at it at all, it just makes me nauseous. @habit Thanks very much @vignouse A thousand apologies. I bow my head in shame. @hermann Thanks _ I believe it used to be a church but is now a privately owned function centre (@kimkyra will know I think) @kimkyra Thank you wife type lady person. I ate all the chocolate and am now fat :( @bigugly Thanks very much @golftragic Definitely a few things more! Thanks very much. @deliad Thanks - I think it's almost everywhere now, especially after the last few days! @mzzhope Thanks very much :)
@taffy Thanks very much - usually "the mountain is out" or "there he is" @ukandie1 Thanks you very much, appreciated :) @kali66 Thanks - Taranaki is a he, sent over here after a lovers tiff between Ruapehu and Ngaruhoe, he travelled south and made the Wangaui River on the way, then travelled up the coast to where he is now. Apparently one day he may go back, but if it does I don't plan on being anywhere near it!
@gigiflower Yes, I often venture into public in just socks...they love it round here. @longexposure It'll be freezing down there, but amazing scenery, unlike this. @roseolivia It's awful isn't it? As for skiing shots...not likely. Me skiing would be a bit like expecting a cat to swim underwater @wearing0 thanks very much indeed @lynnilou Thank you. We don't know where he is at the moment, but we have a week off work so who knows where he could be.
