Despite appearances, there is no redneckery going on here but just another outing for Ol' Skinny. This time he got so tired that he had to stop and lean against an old gate to catch his breath. We're still waiting though as he seems to think that his breathing his somewhat impeded by a lack of lungs. He doesn't walk very fast either.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
@kt8ird I know! Some sheep! @annied He's dead, so it' possibly too late for that... @mzzhope Thanks very much :) @brigette I have a spare sheep head in a state of "mid-decomposition" if you'd like it... @amyleewinfield Thank you kindly :) @vignouse You raise a valid point - its how we get through the day @deak68 It's an off-leash area...although that does give me an idea for a shot... @voiceprintz Yes, but I'm not a great one for proper... @juliedduncan I know, it's quite shocking @happypat Speaking of which, I must dig that one up again...and thanks very much @northy Excercise? In this family? Ha!
It just occurred to me, seeing all these shots with Skinny out and about.... do you just tuck him under your arm and away you go? Also, does your lovely wife accompany you? I might lag back several hundred feet, if I were her. :-)
@hermann Then I'd get peculiar looks... @ukandie1 Thanks very much :) @eyeamlisa I just carry him about, and Kim comes with me...we're both a little odd...
I think it could be an interesting life living with you. Certainly not dull. Not that mine is dull. Never is with a 2 yr old. When I no longer have a 2 year old I shall consider owning a skull.....
@redpants I usually do ;) @newbank I can still feel the pain of living with a 2 year old, 12 years after the fact ;) @francoise Wait until I get started on "humbuggery"
@yaorenliu Excellent, this please me :) @denisefuller Thanks very much :) @amandal Oh no, we have plenty here as well - usually hidden in the hill country doing unspeakable things to each other, the animals, trees, dirt...
@graemestevens Same thing. Wonder how the poor souls got that name? Outdoor labor? Getting sunburned while out doing unspeakables with the animals? Crazy cakes.
@amandal I did hear a rumour that it was the sunburned backs of their necks from outdoor labours...it must be difficult to be bent double over a sheep for hours and hours...
@golftragic Absolutely positive - this is a very dignified garden usually reserved for the upper echelons of New Plymouths society. They nearly dies of shock when I walked in.
(it occurs to me that the skull head on the reaper scythe one of my boys got for hallowe'en a few years ago looks exactly like this...)

@deak68 It's an off-leash area...although that does give me an idea for a shot...

@annied You have an eye for interior design
@newbank Not to mention having to live with me
@newbank I can still feel the pain of living with a 2 year old, 12 years after the fact ;)

@denisefuller Thanks very much :)
