Back Beach

This was taken last night with my trusty and ancient Zenitar Wide Angle...which is more or less a prime lens so not point of focus was required in the pitch black. I only fell over once.

I love a low POV - the tones and textures of the beach are beautiful. At least you are falling on sand and you had the sense to snap this before getting up. Gorgeous. Fav.

I initially thought that the clouds on the left were a mountain, so cool. Love the long exposure. So neat to think your eyes saw darkness. Fabulous shot.

We went to see the movie, "The Martian" recently and this could well have been used for the Martian scape except it would need more of a reddish cast to it. FAV!
