wrecked

Come back tomorrow to see it in glorious technicolour! Book now! Don't delay!
This is the wreck of the Gairloch, or Garloch depending on which source of reference you use.
It was run ashore somewhat carelessly on 5th January 1903 after narrowly missing a collision with it's sister ship. You can't choose your family...
Should we be worried

Like it in black and white and looking forwart to the rusty colours, and blues?
September 9th, 2016

Fantastic old shipwreck remains... a bit of a treasure, being so old and all, I'd say. Awesome processing... and text as I giggled more than once - of course.

@ukandie1 Pleased to be of assistance ;)
September 10th, 2016
Cool processing. I find it interesting that after 100 years of being battered by the elements some of the wreck still exists.
September 10th, 2016
@salza It's hanging in there despite the winds we get and the abrasion of salt and sand
September 10th, 2016
Fascinating skeletal type remains.
September 10th, 2016
You sure they are not the claws of some under-sea monster coming up for a breather?
September 10th, 2016
@taffy It's a shame the shot doesn't really do them justice!
@yrhenwr I hope not, I'm already a bit jumpy about the sea without that sort of carry on
September 10th, 2016
Incredible shot!
