@grammyn Thanks... I try to do constructive/positive critiquing. Sometimes I am in too much of a hurry... like when I get behind in commenting... then it's a quick "good job" or "nice composition" or "nice colors." :)
Okay, t his is getting eerie! I almost shot a photo of children's bikes two days ago. We were leaving the subdivision, and they were scattered about/piled up in a neighbor's yard while the children had run off to play. My husband said "There's your photo for the day." but when I got back, the bikes were gone... We have some strange coincidences like that!
@marilyn I bungled what I meant a little I think. You see technical things that affect how the picture appears and can break it down into those elements. Your comments make me realize what I have done that I didn't know I did. Does that make sense?
@grammyn Yeah... that's kind of what I was trying to say... I try to comment on the things I see that are good because when I get comments like that it helps me realize the good stuff I am doing and to try to keep doing it. Sometimes it's also nice to read what isn't so good, but those comments have to be done carefully without hurting feelings because photography is so very personal. Anyway, I am glad that you find my comments helpful. :)
