I saw this toad on top of a trellis in my yard and decided to feature her in my album today. It wasn't until I went to upload it that I noticed the little ant with high hopes(?) at her backside. This one isn't posed it just happened! ;~}
What a great photo, Katy. You have a wonderful backyard with these frogs in it. Sure gives you the opportunity to take such cool photos of them. Interesting addition, the ant. Gotta love what we do not see until we crop or upload our photos.
@marilyn Thanks. I think it is a gray tree frog. I looked them up and it says they can change from a green to gray depending on where it is. It does look very much like granite to me!
@grammyn This is an unusual lookin little guy (gal?)... Looks kind of like granite. Nice capture... :)
