@vskolnik Can I tell you later in case someone else wants to guess? Yours have all been so good. I am finding it is making me look at a subject with a different eye. Something I haven't done in a long while!
I had no idea what this was. I too am not so good with abstracts and am behind on commenting so a double whammy. I thought this was a tire rim or spoke without a tire on it. I feel stupid.
