What fabulous detail and what a cute little guy. Sorry about your arctic blast... we are fairly mild right now, but we had some single digits last week.
beautiful capture! i love these little birds, but i can't get lucky enough to get one nice one, even the seagulls don't like me taking a pic of them. :-)
@luvmynynix Thanks Laurie! usually they don't sit still long enough for me to get a good shot but I guess the cold kept him on the branch for a while! He MIGHT have been thinking about what to do in all that cold!

@lesip Thanks Bestie! It was out the window of my kitchen! It wasn't 7° but it was cold for us and the wind had picked up enough to make it too cold for ME to stand outside for the shot! Thanks for that FAV

@darsphotos thanks, Darlene, especially for the FAV. we are in the teens and twenties which is cold for here but it won't last but a few days and then we will warm up some. The daytime highs are supposed to be in the forties today so already warming up a bit!
@kwiksilver thanks bunches, young friend😄! It will warm up soon but our heater is made to work best in temperatures no colder than 40F and since it didn't get that warm yesterday we depended on our fireplace to keep us warm. It does the job but is a bit more work.
