I never saw it either but I think the diaper was changed in the back of the car and the baby was placed in the carrier! this was BEFORE they went in so, no there was not one on sale! @olivetreeann I absolutely love that you know this was at Walmart by the color of the cart alone! Either that or you know me entirely too well!
