Creekside

The creek was unusually calm this morning. Worth stopping and walking back for.
What gorgeous reflections!

I'm with @lesip -- THAT'S a Creek? Do you live in the land of the giants? Kudos to you for getting a great shot AND your exercise at the same time.

@linnypinny @lesip @mcsiegle @maggiemae @tunia Thanks you so much for commenting on my photo. There is a dam at the far end of this photo almost in the middle where you see the black posts that look like a fence. That is what backs up the water and makes it look larger than it is. In most places it is probably less than 15 feet/4.5 meters wide. Thanks for the FAV Lin

@lesip ;~} So glad you got it. I knew you were at the beach and worried a little that youi might be there over the week end.. I knew you liked peeps and wanted to get them for you some time ago but kept forgetting to get them. Can't wait to see what you come up with too as I know it will be very creative!

I also appreciate the FAVs Darlene, Diane, and @dawnee The buildings on the right are part of a cotton gin mill factory . the ones on the left are part of the old downtown commercial center that is in the process of being revitalized

@ruthmouch thank you especially for the FAV and the kind words. The next time I want to cross the bridge I looked and the water was all ruffled by the wind with no beautiful reflections at all so I feel fortunate and smart to have taken the time to get the photo
