Monday it was salsa. Today it was spaghetti sauce. Two boxes of tomatoes finished, except for the tomato juice, probably tomorrow. After MaryElizR suggested I should have taken a picture of the tomatoes the other day I decided it was a good idea and went one better with most of the ingredients for the sauce today. Thanks for the idea!
