Murmuration

Not as impressive as the last shot of this group but I think my timing was a bit early and I didn't want to wait for all of them to show up.
I like it. It is a very interesting shot with their wings at did angles.

Cool image, especially on black. I like how the one near the upper left has a twig in its beak.
Are these starlings? They look big enough to be a murder of crows.

@bill_fe Thanks Bill I wondered what that was and though maybe his tail but think now that you are right. Maybe not starlings but definitely NOT crows. Love that by the way...murder of crows

The silhouette on the right looks more like a Boat-tailed Grackle to me. I like all the different flapping positions you've caught in this shot. Great high-key, high contrast shot too!
