@grammyn My back is still a pain, but the PT has been a help. Next up will be a chiropractor I believe (one area is particularly stubborn). I like my therapist and I do like the water therapy too. My father has been ill, but today on Christmas he started to improve significantly to my great relief. I do hope you will find a way to return. I trust you will know the timing---in the meantime, we will wait (if impatiently on my part ;)). xoxo
@grammyn As much as people say it is hard to walk away, we truly never do, Katy. I will always be a part of 365 and have met some of the best people ever here. You will know what is best for you and or your family. Time and life are so very precious and we need to figure out what works best for us in our lives. Sorry I have not kept in touch, life tosses many things we have to deal with as you well know. I wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year, Katy.
