This bird was waiting his turn at the feeder and sitting on a wreath I had made out of some weeds I pulled last fall. I have been trying to catch one sitting there for about a week. This is not as clear as I would like because it was taken out of the dirty kitchen window but I am happy he sat there long enough for me to focus and get at least one shot!
@louannwarren It does kind of and I am so glad you like it Lou Ann
. @darylo I don't think so but will bow to the judgment of the bird whisperer Thanks Daryl!
Oh how funny that he is patiently waiting his turn. Birds are so funny. Was thinking of the high wind we just had where our tiny little hummingbirds go... I suppose they all have their safe place.
@amyk thank you Amy. You are probably right @homeschoolmom thanks, Lisa you could be right @wyomingsis I know you are right I’m glad you think so. thank you so much. @dutchothotmailcom thank you Esther. I’m glad you like it. @lynnz how nice of you Lynn. Thanks so much. @madamelucy I often see them not patiently waiting and then there is a flurry of wings!. I have often wondered about that myself. @ludwigsdiana I really appreciate your kind comments, Diana. Thank you! @johnfalconer thanks John. I hope you are right. @gijsje I am so glad you like it. Thank you. @linnypinny thanks, Lin. Sometimes it’s frustrating because it hampers the clarity of the shot. @tunia i’m so glad you think so, Tunia. @serendypyty thank you, Cazzi. I have seen one sitting there more than once but was never in the right spot to get a good photo of it until now. @randystreat I am in good company then ! You’re bird shot through the bathroom window the other day was magnificent! @mcsiegle well they don’t always wait patiently. When they don’t there is a flurry of wings and feathers! @olivetreeann you are probably right. We had some starlings flying around and I thought the markings looked like that but I think he was smaller than a starling. Whatever it was it made for a great photo op for me. Thanks,Ann.
