Earlier this month my friend Kathy @randystreat posted a photo of her purple leafed shamrock and I commented how mine hadn't started growiing yet. She remarked hers was in a planter in the house. https://365project.org/randystreat/365/2021-03-13 Mine is outside and has just now produced some leaves and the flowers which have closed up for the night. I was pondering what to shoot tonight as I sat at the supper table when I saw them and decided to get the shot for today. Thanks for the inspiration Kathy!
@randystreat I really appreciate not having to think about a shot today thanks to you! @moviegal1 thank you Kerri I thought it was great advice. @milaniet I don’t think I ever had either until this one started growing. It has been here so long I’m not sure if I planted it or if it just grew by itself! Thank you so much. @linnypinny I am so glad you do,Lin. Thanks so much @dutchothotmailcom thank you Esther! I think the color is what got me started with it in the first place. @jaybutterfield i’m so glad you like it Jay. You make me glad I posted it. @summerfield thank you so much. They are even prettier when they are opened @madamelucy this is the third one I’ve seen posted this week. I didn’t think they were all that common either. I am so glad you like it @ludwigsdiana thank you Diana. And the unusual color of the leaves and provides a nice contrast in my garden. I’m so glad you like it. @kwiksilver thanks Gillian The flower is very delicate looking when it is opened. @gijsje how interesting that she posted the same thing! Thank you so much. I did go and look at hers too. @tunia These just keep coming up every year without me doing anything about it. That’s my kind of plant! @louannwarren thank you so much, Lou Ann. I’m glad you like them @olivetreeann it sure makes it so much easier! Thank you! @eudora i’m so glad you like it Diane thank you
