Kitchen Jewel

I was undecided about which picture to post today so decided to put this one in a second album and enter it in the weekly theme.

I cut off a couple of slices of butternut squash to cook for supper and before I put it back in the refrigerator I noticed it was covered with drops of liquid that had seeped to the surface of the cut edge.
