Bare

11.27 am: I'm still not feeling well and didn't leave the house at all, so I took another shot in our garden.

This rather grim looking plant is our Hydrangea Anomala (klimhortensia in Dutch). We inherited it from the previous owners of our house. It will look completely different in a matter of weeks! If you look closely (larger version) you can see it's already budding.
Goede editing! Dit ziet er waarschijnlijk precies zo uit als jij je voelt. Maar toch heel mooi!

That came out very nicely. I hope you will remember to show us what your yard looks like when it's in full bloom. :-)

@anoeska Dank je!

@cath Thanks! I upped the contrast and applied a faded b&w-filter.

@thebluegnu @deniseescovino Thank you, the textures came out better after I upped the local contrast a bit.

@jodimuli Thanks, I am a whole lot better already :)

@gijsje @sparkle @acajuntx @lislee75 @5unflow3r @araminta
Thanks, I will definitely add a shot when it's in bloom - I seem to take one each year anyway so it's an easy promise :)

It's nice to see these little bits of your world. I like how this has all the large rocks at the bottom.

Sorry you're not feeling well :( The contrasting textures in this are really stunning

Every picture tells a story. This one tells the story of spring is on its way. Good job!
