I have been to Blackpool today so took quite a few photos but I thought this was a bit of fun !! It was taken on the front near the Tower & these girls were having a good giggle!! I think they must have been on holiday but the weather wasn't being very kind..there was quite a strong wind blowing so it wasn't beach weather. The promenade at Blackpool is still under construction but supposed to be opening for traffic next month !! Just thought I hope nobody is offended by this but it's Blackpool life,bold & brash !!!
Hahaa - I viewed large to see if I could be more offended by the T-shirts but I can't read them!! My mum's Aunt had a boarding house in Blackpool and my mum's cousins never knew where they were sleeping - if there were paying guests they had to find a brother or sister who hadn't had their bedroom let out and sleep on the floor. It was a good place for holiday jobs though and it was a lively childhood to say the least!

I hadn't been to Blackpool for quite a while as I normally go in to Preston shopping & I had forgotten how brash Blackpool was especially when the season is on! You do see some sights & I was distinctly overdressed even though it wasn't so warm ! The prom is a mess & they are doing the Tower & Winter Gardens up so they will get there ! Sounds fun at your aunts Judith, can't have anyone lying in a bed if you can get money for it !
