Today was the annual BBQ at Inglewhite. We used to live here up until 12 years ago when we moved to our present address. Every year there is a village get together at one of the houses in the area & we have a Jacobs Join meal with burgers, sausages & all the usual stuff. It is a great day & today was especially good as we could sit out in the sun instead of huddled in the barn on the right. We have a good gossip & catch up with friends we haven't seen for a month or two !
How lovely. Allan and I, and the B Team, all remember Inglewhite with such warm thoughts and memories, as you gave us such an amazing welcome and hospitality that first time we had dared to 'B&B' with four children! Can still picture it all! Nice to be able to catch up with your friends in this way
@sarah19 Yes I remember so well you arriving with four young children all in pink T shirts & those were the days when it would be quite daring for boys to wear pink !! I so enjoyed having you each time you came to stay & so glad we keep in touch !! Your family are lovely & it was great to welcome you last year again !! Thanks to you Sallie I am also part of this wonderful project !!
What a pretty place to get together with friends. Good friends you can go without seeing for months, yet when you met up its like only yesterday you last saw them.
That is an incredible house! Imagine someone living in such a beautiful place. It looks more like a hotel or something. How lovely that you still get together with your friends. I'm glad you could enjoy the sunshine.
