I went to the opticians today to order a spare pair of reading glasses! I am notoriously bad at losing my specs, I hardly ever put them in their case & just leave them lying around , has been known in the fridge !! The last time I was in New Zealand I left my spare reading ones in some cafe in the wip wops( In the wilds !) If I had no reading glasses it would be just terrible so thought I had better get a spare pair. The opticians were very good & let me photograph stuff in the examination rooms for this weeks theme ! Of course you will recognise these as testing lens.

Wonderful shot, Pat! Creative of you to think of doing that pic. I am blind as a bat without my glasses too. Try to be careful about them, but I do "mis-place" them frequently. Ha.

I was actually brave enough to ASK if I could take a picture & do you know they took me over the whole place showing me machines, testing equipment ..everything . Of course I had to explain the whole 365 project & they were so interested. Thank you all for your comments !
great shot - I went a couple of days ago too - forgot my camera tho!! glad I only have one pair - i dread needing long and short distance glasses etc ! really great shot
I'm very familiar with all this gear Pat - but what a great theme shot! I laughed at your wip wops - never heard of that before. Glad you got your glasses sorted. Now to look after them and remember where you put them!
