We had our first sunny morning for ages today so took my camera out into the field & caught Henry sitting in the sun. He is looking a bit orange round his neck because if he has an itch he scratches himself on the side of his new house which has been treated with timber preservative.
Not sure whether you can see beyond him in the next field are lots of other sheep but he will have no truck with those common lot preferring to sit near us close to the house.
@judithg I climbed over the gate this morning to take these pictures & he always says hello by bleating as i walked past him so very content on his own & he stays pretty close to the house so he can see what's going on.
OMG Pat, is that a super big sheep or do we just breed em little down here? Sheesh - he looks enormous. Love that he is so aloof - who says sheep are stupid. LOL
@murnane@jmj He lives off the fat of the land with a bit of ration (feed) every night & his own house & the run of a field all his own so he should look good !! We love Henry !
