Another Bewley cafe shot......loved all the little nooks & crannies to eat in, this little party was having a good a time as we were!
Three good things:
1. The electricity has just come on again at 5.05pm...we have had no lights on since 8.30am this morning. All planned & we knew about it but it has been a long dark day!!
2. An oil Aga meant we had warmth, kettle boiling & toast facilities.
3. My Kindle with the light so I could read in the dark!
Its fun when you know the power is going to get back on and good old aga! This is a beautifully clear shot and I am envious of your camera being able to get it!
Love that expression. Good to know you can cope without electricity for a while - I'm just listening to the rain hammering on the window - glad I'm not on my bike just now! Fingers crossed for news from NZ.

Always nice to have electricity return! We are building an off grid cabin so we never have to worry about someone else controlling our power. And yay for Kindle with light (still trying to figure out which one to buy this year).
@kass Thank you Kass...thanks for the follow too will check out your photos when have a minute. I am going to buy the Paperwhite next time. Mine is one of the first ones so larger than the new ones plus my case with the light on is unreliabl. The paperwhite ones have an inbuilt light. The Kindle HD Fire is unreadable in the sun so be careful if you want it for reading alone.
