Our newest grandson Finn at one month old, taken with mum at Whangamata in New Zealand.
I thought it was just a lovely photo of them both.
I must at this point say a massive thank you to all you lovely & flattering people on yesterdays selfie shot, I could get big headed if I'm not careful but you are all wonderful.
Three good things:
1. Our climbing clematis is full of very pale flowers something I have never seen because I never looked at it during January. Only seen because I was mooching around trying to get a picture for 365... I always thought it never flowered!
2. What I thought might be a verruca on my foot is not... Cathy inspected it this morning & put my fears at rest.
3. Bread & butter pudding.
what a lovely picture, shame they are so far away from you. My youngest was going to be Finn, when I toldy my then 5 year old son we were going to call our new baby Finn if it was a boy, he asked 'but what if the baby is fat mummy'. I have lunched out on that story for years, he is now 22 and the baby turned out to be a Phoebe and is now 17.
Smashing shot - how long until your first cuddle?
The flowers on my winter clematis smell wonderful - I'll look over the weekend to see if they are out yet
Isn't this just the moment precious moment shot in time, beautiful:0)
Now I have to take issue with your date on the right, April 2014 already? I missed my birthday! Now is this good or bad does it mean I don't get a year older? ;0)
Such a beautiful shot. I know what it is like to live on the other side of the world from your family. I moved to the southern hemisphere 25 years ago.
