Let us out! by happypat

Let us out!

Cathy's hens were still in their run today. They usually find their way out into the garden at some point in the day but all present and correct this afternoon.

Three good things:
1. My iPad has arrived!
2. I have a very handy & kind grandson who set it all up for me this afternoon.
3. Commenting in the warm by the fire tonight instead of in a cold office!
Love love love, Great DOF, Subject and compition.

Terrific composition and dof. It was so interesting to have my eye go straight to the hens--yet, they're not the focus of the shot.

Interesting shot

A good composition which gives the periphery and the central subjects equal rights in different ways and the colors are wonderful.

I am sure they will get out at some time. My daughter has chickens and she had to make a run for them because they were trashing the garden. They can still escape though. Don't know how they do it. Must be digging tunnels!!
