Out & about

Our walking day today took us over the fields & around the lanes near Goosnargh Lancashire.
On the right in the distance you can see Parlick & Fairsnape Fell & the wooded bit is Beacon fell below which is Whitechapel Primary School where all my children went to school.
A lovely day for our monthly walk, today there were nine of us walking.

Three good things:
1. Good company & a bit of exercise.
2. Some lovely houses tucked away to look at.
3. A lovely surprise present from @julzmaioro one of the lovely 365 members I met up in NZ. Thank you so much Julz.

What a beautiful scene. I just love seeing the sheep in the fields, so peaceful and relaxing. Lovely that you have made a long distance 365 friendship, that is why nothing can beat this site. Felt a bit lonely on Instagram so popped back :-)

@happypat Do you know it can just do that, I don't even have mine and all last week I was rather ill:0( Have you tried Omeprazole or Lanzaprole

@claireuk yes Claire I take lanzaprole anyway & it does work well. My fault we had bacon & egg for supper which doesn't usually bother me as the bacon is grilled but made the mistake of having fried mushrooms which are notorious for soaking up the fat....no more mushrooms for me! Thanks for your advice!!
