Tebay (Westmoreland) Services are considered to be one of the finest motorway services in the country.
You can stop over when travelling on the M6 between junctions 38 & 39.
Privately owned it has fantastic food, farm shop, gifts & clothes.
We stopped for a coffee & enjoyed the fabulous view of my favourite Howgill Fells.
Slightly un level, this phot should have been straitened......too late now!
Three good things :
1. Back home but off out for a double birthday meal with family....no comments again I am afraid...will catch up soon!
2. I resisted buying a very nice Seasalt top in the shop....they hadn't my size so no credit to me!
3. Forgot the main GT ...lovely message left on my mobile while I was at breakfast from Max wishing me a happy NZ Mothers Day...so lovely to hear his little voice!
I had to read your first sentence twice, teabay services the best........ Could not believe what I was reading then realised you meant the Westmorland one! I know you had it in brackets but I missed that bit. We often collect Mum from the other Teabay services less the best;0)

Nice to hear that there are good services, mostly they leave a lot to be desire these days. Nice capture and what a good view to be seeing while eating.
