A photo from our day out in Whalley last Saturday.
Garth peeping through one of the old windows in Whalley Abbey.
Three good things:
1. A catching up sort of day ...meaning I haven't done much!
2. A talk on the phone from Alex in NZ.
3. A good job we are at home for the next three weeks as we are minding Bramble the cat & Ginger the hen from across the road plus Wilf the cat & Freddie the fish from next door!
@busylady Ha ha Judith we have started off badly...Harry has only just remembered the cat duties & gone out with the torch to shut Ginger up & feed Brambke. We don't start the other house until next week!
Its good of you to do all this minding! I don't mind minding either apart from the responsibility that something might happen to the attendees! Great idea for the window - just sneaked in at the end! Garth's smiling face is light relief with that stony look from the building!
Great shot Pat and with an element of fun too. Perfect for the theme.Poor Harry I bet when he did find Bramble she wasn't soaking wet. I expect she's hiding somewhere dry and warm waiting fro the rain to pass. Have't seen the sun here for ages. It's just grey.
