As asked for here is our house in all its finery...newly painted & all spruced up.
Not quite finished as they have to paint along the bottom of the house in black & there is a door at the back which has to have a second coat of paint still.
We are pleased with it & the painters were blessed with perfect weather.
New Zealand family will want to see this too!
Full up tonight with B&B in fact I'm not sure where I'm going to put them all.....hoping one decides not to come!!
Three good things:
1. Exciting fast scoring rugby this afternoon between Scotland & Samoa.
2. A lovely lie in this morning!
3. Changing colours of Autumn.

i can see how big a job it was! It doesn't look new just a beautifully maintained historic home! You could let the B&B's have your bed and you go and stay in a hotel?
@lucypics Well our house is much tidier without any family in it but it has its moments & far better to have a bit messier house & family in it...you will miss yours when they move believe me! Thank you Lucy.

But the best thing about this house is the hospitable owners!!!! 😁
