We are staying in a motel tonight in Cheviot South Island on our way back to Picton for our ferry to Wellington on Thursday morning.
Will try & take something interesting for the World Wide Photo thing at 5.47pm tonight but not much choice here so do t hold your breath!
We have had lots of rain today which is desperately needed but not so good for holiday makers! One thing I know it will be fine tomorrow, no days of rain like at home!
@maggiemae Wish we were back in your lovely house Maggie....in some ok motel but had a lousy tea in the hotel. Warm & dry & a good book to read so alls well!
Beautiful shot of the boulders. We had back across the strait on Thursday too, in the afternoon. We have 2 nights in Wellington before heading home to Rotorua on Saturday. You must be getting a little tired with all the travelling.
@deliad The mid morning ferry was booked up so we're on the 9.05 one Delia. Thought we could get back halfway up home before night! We are really tired now & ready for back.
