I have been sorting out photos for our local agriculture show this afternoon. I usually enter a few classes but don't do very well only picking up an odd second downwards. I always think my photos are quite decent but when I see other peoples I'm disappointed with mine.
Better luck this time perhaps!
Three good things:
1. The arial man has at last fixed our lack of TV signal problem.
2. The TV we thought was broken & put out for the bins has been found to be working after all so now we have a spare!
3. The bill was so much lower than we thought!
Its good to test our photos on 365 so that we can measure how good they are if you want to enter a contest! You have had some really good ones! Good luck with this - you haven't much time!
LOVE this! Your photos are excellent Pat and I love the something special that just says they are yours before I even read your name!!! Hope you find some special ones to enter this year.
@thistle I just shove them all in Joyce, 50p to enter so the more the merrier! I said last year I would only enter in the classes that had the larger A4 size but funnily enough the cup goes with the smaller 6x4 size.
Pat, we are often our own worst critics and often way too hard on ourselves. I think your photo tells us a story. The people are smiling and they appear to have enjoyed what they were doing, now moving on to the next thing
