The pilot in this plane loves looping the loop & he was back yesterday doing his thing!
We hadn't seen him since last summer when he was a regular visitor to the skies above our house. I think he must fly out from Blackpool airport as he always heads back in that direction when he's finished.
The revving & swooping & diving makes you stop & gaze up in awe.
A much cooler & mostly wet day so no new photos today, sorry!
Three good things:
1. I have been sorting my show photos out ready for the agricultural shows which start next month.
2. I followed @jesperani recommendation & am reading Amy Snow by Tracy Rees, loving it Jennifer!
3. We tried out the new chip pan tonight, it makes proper chips really quickly!
This is wonderful! And you are still doing the "good things" That makes me happy. I did a mentorship where we were challenged to do the same and publicly write our "good things."
Nice bits of blue in the sky -- must be one of those magnificent men in their flying machines , Pat . No blue in the sky here today -- only grey clouds ! -- in fact a relief from all that unbearable heat !!
@judithg I am amzazed Judith as I thought this was so boring! Glad it's gone down better than I thought. When you actually see this bi-plane ducking & weaving it is rather amazing!
We see rides on a bi-plane just about everywhere in the world... $65 per person here. More than $100 in NZ. Anything to keep that pilot flying! That book looks a great mystery! I'm busy reading too many books at the moment! Love it!
Just like Babs, @onewing , I smiled at your pilate error - fun times.
This is a great shot - especially with the blue sky peeking out between the clouds.
@onewing not predictive text though it's good to be able to blame that, just silly spelling! It's amazing the mistakes you make when typing that you would never make when writing! Ah well but I am still amazed at the response to this photo when I just thought it would do for the day. @farmreporter
Damned predictive text.
This is a great shot - especially with the blue sky peeking out between the clouds.
