A great walk this afternoon over fields & down to the River Brock.
The boys loved throwing stones & making a dam!
Harry, Lydia & I brought them back home for chips while the others went for a meal out.
Three good things:
1. Chocolate ice cream with marshmallows & chocolate fish.
2. Garth put a stone on the nettles to keep them from stinging me!
3. Lydia wS a great help tonight playing with the boys while I made proper chips & then she bathed them & read two more chapters of our story.
Great times..homemade chips too!...libby once has some friends to stay from down south and they had never had a chip butty....best butter too has to be...
