Fleetwood docks with only half the amount of yachts normally berthed there.
We were on a hunt for a nylon down filled jacket for Harry. I have a NZ one that I wear all the time & although Harry has quite a few jackets of various types he always fancied one similar to mine.
Success we got the perfect one at half the price!
Three good things:
1. Saving money!
2. The first new lambs in the field today. I would have stopped but not a good place.
3. I finished my book that I have enjoyed so much. Stayed in bed with the electric blanket on until 10am until I finished it. Miss Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine.
Beautiful sky overlooking the docks. Perfectly exposed!
So glad you found a jacket for Harry - it was probably half price because winter is almost over. that is the best time to go shopping for winter clothes!
And - so glad to know there are lambs on the ground. Ours will be starting mid-March.
We read on one of the campers that was around us " Red Wine!... The reason to get up in the afternoon"! Could apply to good books!
Nice to see the many yachts in this Marina in this area! Very popular!
@maggiemae only less than half full maggie, this is taken from only half way down! Think they must be in sunnier climes! Hope that cyclone doesn't interrupt your travels too much but there again you will have not needed to book accommodation up front!
Good about the jacket too!
# I enjoyed reading 'Miss Eleanor Oliphant'. Highly recommended!
