A friend & I tried out one of the three new cinemas in the Flower Bowl tonight.
It's something else isn't it?
Only holds about 30 people I would think, we had a choice of two seater sofas with little tables or chairs with foot stools.
It was very pink & velvety but masses of legroom.
A glass of wine in our hand it was a very luxurious experience!
We saw Mama Mia again & it was a much better feel in this cinema than the last one, glad I saw it again.
Three good things:
1. We are so lucky to have such facilities available!
2. I collected £40 worth of sausages from the local butchers, have used my auction bid from #thumbsupforcharlie
3. My replacement phone has arrived & Lydia, bless her, has tuned me in again!
Wow. That's fine as long as you're okay with velvet. My girls would run a mile! Looks very plush!

I remember one lounge like this somewhere! It was too nice to sit there and we didn't want to leave! A special treat. Hope the sausages are good or you are doomed eat them for the next six months!
Waw what a cosy and comfy vision in pink ! -- I would even like to watch a film in cinema like that ! Ooh I think I would choose the armchair with the foot stool !
@casablanca I liked it better the second time around. Better screen & view here but I still missed Meryl Streep & it was so much better for her being there for a while.
@snaphappi Yes I think you have cinemas like it in NZ & we do have odd ones too but this one was sumptuous & very new! Hope it stays in good nick & no one spills anything!
