On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me...
a partridge in a pear tree.
I can assure you there is a partridge in that tree somewhere I saw it but can’t see it now!
This was the first room we saw at Castle Howard.
I was more interested in the remarkable china cabinet filled with all those plates!
Three good things:
1. Rice pudding in the oven.
2. Apparently no need to walk 10,000 steps now just a couple of brisk ten minutes walks!
3. In the same vein a higher cholesterol level isn’t so important as long as you’re fit & well!
Keep changing the rule books!!
One bad thing, outside lights on the Christmas tree won’t work! 😨😨
Perhaps the song should be changed to 'the invisible partridge in a pear tree'
The rules to fitness always change, I find it best to just stick to everything in moderation and not follow the rules. Don't take life too seriously, it isn't permanent, ha ha.
