I’ve never tried this bread but rather like the way they have numbered it but no idea why!
I have been missing for a few days but back to normal now.
I caught Harry’s cold & what a cold it was...the worst one I’ve had for years & I don’t normally get colds.
The last thing I was thinking about was 365! I spent a lot of time in bed...so unlike me!
Three good things:
1. Kind enquiries from 365 friends regarding my health.
2. Getting out & about again!
3. I’ve stocked up with library books for the wild weekend that’s forecast.
Wonderful photo of that very cool looking bread. Makes me wish I had one to try...along with a pound of butter. 🙂
So glad that you are making a recovery from that nasty cold, Pat. Continue to rest and stay tucked up with your books and tea this weekend.
That does look yummy bread.. perhaos it is sour dough and thst is how old the culture is?..
I love making bread .. Just dont do it very often..

I hope Harry is also feeling better by now ! Nice shot and bread - I was goung to suggest that was when the company was establish , but I find @louannwarren has researched and got the answer , !! Well done Lou Ann !!
@louannwarren Really Lou Ann, fancy me finding that our from you in the USA a fact like that...never thought of googling! Booths do sell Bells produce! Thank you Lou Ann.
@beryl b. Yes has t she done well, e e4 thought of googling! I am stuffed up tonight Beryl....felt better yesterday but that’s the way with colds sometimes I find!
@ellida@maggiemae Yes they look really tempting don’t they although I am never keen on bread & cakes being out open to all customers walking past....I’m not a fussy person but it just puts me off slightly. I think open to the air too is that not making the bread dry...I do buy hard rolls for soup here so I suppose that’s the same thing really as these loaves do have a hard crust.
Those loaves look very interesting. I bet they taste good. Like you though, I’m not keen on buying food that’s out in the open for everyone to sneeze on!
@suesmith I think they might look nicer than they are perhaps Sue....you can be disappointed sometimes, I have never actually see anyone buy one of these loaves!

\Sorry to hear you have been rather poorly, I wondered what had happened to you. Glad you are on the mend.
We are in for a wild few days too. Sunny weather but strong winds and very chilly for the last blast of our winter I hope.
