Coffee pot

What a welcome sight this was after my eye operation.
All over with but it was far worse than I imagined! Only a cyst on my eyelid but it was a tricky procedure getting rid of it...surgeons words not mine.
I never expected to have to go in a surgical gown into a proper operating room full of green coated nurses...sure they were just on duty but I was rather taken aback.
A very painful injection into my eyelid & a smell of burning as they cauterised it & then stitches!
Hopefully that’s the end of it!
Nice mono

I am pleased it is all over for you as it doesn’t sound much fun at all. Rest up and hopefully it heals quickly.

A lovely b/w shot of your much needed cuppa I assume -- Speedy recovery Pat xx

Yikes!! I wouldn’t like the burning! You’re right about the metal Spire teapots being welcome though - you’ve taken me back to having my frozen shoulder ‘popped’ and it was hard to drink the tea for shaky hands. I was completely unprepared for how much it would hurt.

Wow what an ordeal you have had. No wonder you needed a refreshing cuppa.

The eye is a delicate part and it doesn't take much to create discomfort

Oh my goodness Pat just catching up with this! How scary for you! Good job it’s done and let’s hope you have quick recovery!

Sounds like a rather difficult procedure but good to have it done and explained for you by the surgeon. X
